Marsha Jackson, LMFT is a dedicated mental health professional with years of experience helping individuals navigate some of life's toughest challenges. Throughout her career, she has developed a deep passion for supporting those who have experienced trauma and abuse. Her approach is rooted in compassion, understanding, and a commitment to helping each person find their voice, regain their sense of peace, and achieve lasting healing.

Her work is informed by a range of therapeutic techniques, including Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), among others.
