FOUNDERMarsha Jackson, LMFT-S is a dedicated mental health professional with years of experience helping individuals navigate some of life's toughest challenges. Throughout her career, she has developed a deep passion for supporting those who have experienced trauma and abuse. Her approach is rooted in compassion, understanding, and a commitment to helping each person find their voice, regain their sense of peace, and achieve lasting healing.
Her work is informed by a range of therapeutic techniques, including Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), among others. These evidence-based approaches are designed to empower clients to overcome obstacles, change unhealthy patterns, and create positive shifts in their lives. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or the lingering effects of trauma, she tailors her approach to meet you where you are, helping you take practical and meaningful steps toward wellness.

COUNSELING INTERNMichala Henry is a Marriage and Family Therapy student intern dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. She works with clients facing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship struggles, offering guidance toward healing and resilience.
Her approach is client-centered, providing a safe, supportive, and culturally competent space where every person feels heard and respected. She listens deeply to your story and goals, tailoring strategies from evidence-based practices with empathy and compassion. In sessions, you can expect collaborative dialogue, practical tools, and ongoing encouragement as you move toward growth.
